What you can do

Create an order
Sales → + → pick a customer or Walk-in quick order → add items → Save as draft or confirm → check the invoice preview.
Approve discount requests
More → Approvals → Discounts → Approve or Reject.
Load a van
Inventory → Load van → pick products; every line shows what is available in the warehouse.
Count stock
Inventory → Inspections → count → complete, and the differences are posted.
Record an expense
More → Expenses → + → category, amount, date, vehicle and a receipt photo.
Turn a request into an order
Sales → Manual orders → open the request, play the voice note or photo → Assign or Convert.
Approve a new phone
More → Devices → approve, or generate a one-time code. Pending phones also show on the dashboard.

Online and offline

Works offline: creating and cancelling orders, recording expenses and reading cached reports. Everything else needs internet.

Install

Open the download link on the phone — from this page, or the Download App button in your company panel.
When Android asks, allow your browser to install unknown apps.
Open the downloaded file and tap Install.
Updates: when the app shows Update available, install the new version over the old one. Never uninstall first — unsynced work on the phone would be lost.

Sign in

Enter your company code — the short name of your company space (for the demo it is demo). The app remembers it.
Enter your email or phone and password, then tap Sign in.
First time on a new phone, the app asks for device approval. Your admin approves the phone (Devices, in the panel or BM Admin) or reads you a 6-digit code valid for 10 minutes. Once approved, the app signs in by itself.
Turn on fingerprint or Face unlock if offered. The app locks itself after 15 minutes idle.
