Catalog → search. Every customer sees their own price, VAT included.
Place an order
Orders → New order → add products → note → Submit. It stays a draft until your salesperson confirms it.
Change a draft
Open the order → Edit or Delete draft.
Send a quick request
Manual → + → a note, photo, voice or video → Send. Once converted, the request shows its linked orders.
Check the balance
Home → Outstanding balance, plus paid and due on every order.
