Install on Android
- Open the download link on the phone — from this page, or the Download App button in your company panel.
- When Android asks, allow your browser to install unknown apps.
- Open the downloaded file and tap Install.
- Updates: when the app shows Update available, install the new version over the old one. Never uninstall first — unsynced work on the phone would be lost.
Sign in
- Enter your company code — the short name of your company space (for the demo it is
demo). The app remembers it. - Enter your email or phone and password, then tap Sign in.
- First time on a new phone, the app asks for device approval. Your admin approves the phone (Devices, in the panel or BM Admin) or reads you a 6-digit code valid for 10 minutes. Once approved, the app signs in by itself.
- Turn on fingerprint or Face unlock if offered. The app locks itself after 15 minutes idle.
