What you can do

Take an order
Orders → + → pick the customer (or Walk-in quick order) → add products in cartons or pieces → Save as draft or Confirm → check the invoice preview.
Print or share the invoice
Order detail → Print on a Bluetooth thermal printer (58 / 80 mm) or Share on WhatsApp.
Collect a payment
Open the order → Collect payment → amount → Cash or Bank transfer.
Chase dues
Plan → Dues → long-press an order → Collect, or plan a collection visit.
Load the van
Van → Load van → select all, load everything available, or go line by line.
Plan visits
Plan → pick a day → + → purpose. On the day: Mark done or Mark missed. A reminder arrives at 08:00.
Log a new shop
Watch-list → + → GPS location, photos and a voice note → later Convert to shop.

Online and offline

Works offline: creating orders, watch-list entries, diary notes, and browsing customers and products — everything syncs when signal returns. Needs internet: payments on orders not yet synced, van stock changes, photo uploads and editing orders.

Install

Open the download link on the phone — from this page, or the Download App button in your company panel.
When Android asks, allow your browser to install unknown apps.
Open the downloaded file and tap Install.
Updates: when the app shows Update available, install the new version over the old one. Never uninstall first — unsynced work on the phone would be lost.

Sign in

Enter your company code — the short name of your company space (for the demo it is demo). The app remembers it.
Enter your email or phone and password, then tap Sign in.
First time on a new phone, the app asks for device approval. Your admin approves the phone (Devices, in the panel or BM Admin) or reads you a 6-digit code valid for 10 minutes. Once approved, the app signs in by itself.
Turn on fingerprint or Face unlock if offered. The app locks itself after 15 minutes idle.
